Our Personalised Halloween Black and Orange Confetti Bubble comes helium filled, tied with a ribbon and attached to a foil weight. It also comes bagged for your convenience. To personalise your balloon just type your message into our Message Box located on this page. Please note only this text will be printed on to the balloon (max. 30 characters including gaps). Our Bubble balloons are approximately 46cm x 46cm in size when inflated. Bubble balloons will float for 8 – 10 days when kept at room temperature and away from anything sharp. Please note all our balloons are for decorating purpose only and are not toys. Designs may vary depending on availability. Delivery cost is not included.
